7. Financial Policy and Refund Policy
First: Subscription Term
All subscriptions on the alweb.ai platform are annual subscriptions for a period of twelve months, starting from the date the payment is successfully completed.
Second: Service Activation
No service will be activated until the full subscription amount has been received through the approved payment methods on the platform. Service activation is considered the official start of the subscription period.
Third: Refund Policy
All annual subscriptions are non-refundable after activation.
Once the service is activated, the user is not entitled to request a refund, whether the service has been used fully or partially.
No refunds will be issued in cases of non-use, voluntary discontinuation of the service, or account closure initiated by the user.
Fourth: Upgrades and Plan Changes
A- Upgrade to a Higher Plan
When requesting an upgrade to a higher plan, the full price of the higher plan will be charged immediately.
No refunds or prorated credits will be applied for the remaining period of the current plan.
B- Downgrade to a Lower Plan
If a lower plan is selected, the higher plan will remain active until the end of its annual term.
The lower plan will be automatically activated after the higher plan’s term expires.
No refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the higher plan.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these terms fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saudi Arabia.
