How to Create and Add a Form to Your Website
From your control panel page, click on the word "Edit" that appears below your website link.

You will be redirected to your site editing page, so click on the word Back that appears in the top Left corner of your site page.

You will be redirected to your account, which includes your website pages and your control panel. Under the side menu, click on Forms and applications them.

A page will appear that includes the forms and templates that in your site. From the top right, click on the word New Form to create a new form to your site.

The form creation page will appear. Before writing the required data, activate the status button that appears next to the name.


Write the Required data, which includes the form name, the submit button text, the Success text message, then choose the Submit Type, and the event name that represents the goal of the website form being created.

Below, complete the required information, starting with activating the "Required" button and the "Display in form submissions table" button.

From the field type box, you should choose the type of field that will appear in the communication form and which the user will fill out, then write the name in the Label Field and an example in " Placeholder" so that the user can understand what is required in the communication form, Then From the Options section, the Full Width button must be activated.

You can add a new field to the form by clicking on "Add New Field".

After adding the field, you must activate the "Required" button, then choose the type of field required, such as "Telephone" name the field in English and Arabic, choose the default country for the phone number key, and then activate the full width button.


You can add a field that includes a Select list with several options, from which the user can choose the reason for communicating via the form. For example, a list of services from which the user can choose the service they wish to benefit from. The drop-down list requires writing the name of the services, an example of the services, and then adding options for the services available via the form.

The options and fields you can add to the form you wish to create may vary depending on the form's purpose and how it will communicate. After adding all the fields and options to the form, click on the word "Create" at the bottom of the page to create the form.

You will see a page of forms that your site includes, with the new form you created added to it.

From the same page, click on the Dashboard button that appears in the menu to the right of the website.

You will be redirected to the control panel page from which you can access your site by clicking on Go to Live Editor.

From your site's main editor page, click on the edit icon that appears in the top right corner of the communication template that appears in the top section of the site.

The web form modification page will appear. Click on the drop-down menu under the word “Choose form”, then choose the form you created and named, and click on the word “Submit”.


Go to your website page by clicking on Go to Page, then try writing the required elements in the form while clicking on SignUp.


The confirmation message you have written will be displayed, and it will be shown to your site users when they register via this form later.

Thus, you have a form and document that allows users to communicate with you through your website, whether it is a form to apply for a service, submit a complaint, or other objectives that are identified and written during the creation of your form.
