How to Connect Your Domain and Add a Professional Email on alweb.ai

From your Dashboard, click on Domains and then click on Add Domain.

Enter the required data, which includes your domain, and Choose website you would like the user to be redirected to.

Go to namecheap.com, Then select the Domain List page. Your domain will appear on the website; click on Manage.

Go to the Name Servers section and select Custom DNS from the drop-down menu.

You will see fields that require you to enter server name1 and server name2.

Go to your domain addition page via your Dashboard on alweb platform, and copy the server names that appear at the bottom of the page, so that the ns1 server is added in name server1 and the ns2 server is added in name server2 on the name cheap platform.

Go to the domain addition page on the web platform, and click on Add Domain

You will be redirected to your domains page, where the domain you added will appear. Click on Check verification button to verify your domain and activate its link to your website.

Your domain has now been linked to your website on alweb platform.

You can also add a professional email address for communication and business correspondence via your website on alweb platform.

From your Dashboard, click on the email word, Your email logs page will appear, Click on New Email Button.

Enter the required data, which includes the name, email address, and from the "Choose" box, select the website to which you wish to add the email address. Then enter the password and confirm the password, and press the Create button.

Your email address and domain will appear on Dashboard, and the words "Email Portal" will appear on the top Right. Click on them.

You will be redirected to a login link to your email, mail.alwebmail.com, Enter your email details and password and click Login.

After logging in, you will see your email logs page, from which you can send and receive emails and business correspondence on your site.
