How to Connect Your Business Email from alweb.ai to the Microsoft Outlook App
Download the Microsoft Outlook application on your personal computer, enter your email address and then click Continue.


You will be redirected to a page to choose your email provider; click on IMAP.


Enter your password and then the server for your email provider IMAP incoming server.



Enter the SMTP Configuration data, which includes SMTP username (write the email name), SMTP password (write the password), SMTP outgoing Server (write mail.alwebmail.com link), then click Continue.



You will see a message agreeing to sync your email with the Outlook app. Click Continue.

Wait until the email link is activated with the Outlook application, and the email page will appear through which you can communicate, receive and send messages.



How to link your business email from the web platform to the BlueMail app
After downloading the BlueMail program to your computer, open the application and click on Continue.

Click on Add Account, and Choose Manual Setup

From the Choose Provider page, click on Manual Setup, then select IMAP.


Enter the required information, including your email address, username, password, and email domain on the web platform. In the Security section, select SSL/TLS, and in the Port section, select 993.


You will be redirected to the outgoing server settings page, which requires a username, password, and domain. From the Security section, select SSL/TLS, and from the Port section, select 456.

From the next page, select Next, then select Finish Setup.


You will be redirected to your email page, from which you can send and receive messages and keep up with business correspondence.

Download the G-Mail app on your mobile phone, then open the app and Click on the word Other.
Enter your email address on the web platform and then click next.
From the next page, click on Personal (IMAP).
Enter the required information, including your username (your email address), password, and server (the domain for accessing your email via the web platform mail.alwebmail.com).
Enter the outgoing server settings data, which includes username (which includes your email address), password, and server (which includes the domain for accessing email via the web platform mail.alwebmail.com).
Enter your email address and then the username you want to use to communicate with your customers and audience.
Activate notifications and sync to start receiving your emails on the web platform.
This allows you to open your email through the Gmail app, to send and receive messages and keep track of your business correspondence through the app.
